Artwork

All of our pieces are handmade by us to order, so unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the product description, dimensions and your customisations before purchasing. We will send a mockup to confirm your design before it is made so please ensure this is correct before we proceed with your order.

We strongly recommend that you carefully measure the intended space for the artwork before placing your order to ensure it fits your requirements. We do offer a range of sizes in most pieces and we can also offer further customisation for sizes to bring your vision to life. If you need any assistance on the dimensions on a particular piece please feel free to contact us our team for assistance (meetmeattheblanc@gmail.com).

Please note that slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces. These variations are part of the uniqueness and of all our Blanc pieces, no two pieces will be the same, your design will be completely personal to you and your home.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship on every one of our designs and we strive to ensure that each piece is inspected and carefully packaged before shipping. In the unlikely event of encountering any issues with your order please contact our customer support team (meetmeattheblanc@gmail.com), within 1 day of receiving your package with any evidence needed so we can assess and provide a suitable resolution.

Ready made products 

For our ready made branded products we accept returns for up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please ensure your item is in the same condition as you received it and with tags still on, if applicable. If we have any reason to believe these conditions have not been met then your return will not be eligible.

If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Postage for returns and exchanges will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a signed for delivery and keeping hold of your receipt as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
